For people that use the extreme basics of Microsoft Outlook and would like to learn what comes next, including tips and tricks for customizing how Outlook looks and handles emails.
Prerequisite: This workshop is for people with little experience working with Microsoft Outlook
 
DESKTOP PRODUCTIVITY USING MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
This workshop includes customizing the look of your Outlook Inbox screen, effective email management using automatic coloring, creating rules to automatically file incoming emails, and following the three basic rules of handling incoming mail.  We will include lots of tips and tricks on doing common tasks more quickly and efficiently.
Prerequisite: This workshop is for people with some Outlook experience or that have attended our Microsoft Outlook "Step Two" workshop
 
MICROSOFT WORD: "STEP TWO"
For people that use the extreme basics of Microsoft Word and would like to learn what comes next, including tips and tricks for customizing the appearance of the basic Word screen.
Prerequisite: This workshop is for people with little experience working with Microsoft Word
 
CREATING AUTOMATED FORMS IN MICROSOFT WORD
This workshop will show you how to create a form in Microsoft Word that can filled out and printed.  We will also take a form that has been scanned into the computer, insert it into a Word document and create an automated template that can be used over and over again.
Prerequisite: This workshop is for people with some Microsoft Word experience or that have attended our Microsoft Word "Step Two" workshop
MICROSOFT EXCEL: "STEP TWO"
For people that use the extreme basics of using Microsoft Excel and would like to know what comes next, including creating spreadsheets and basic formulas.
Prerequisite: This workshop is for people with little experience with Microsoft Excel
 
SHORTCUT MANIA!
This fun class contains lots of tips and tricks for using Microsoft Office products, including keyboard shortcuts for quick and easy editing.  Bring your own favorite tips to share with the class and go back to work with lots more to try out in your office!
Prerequisite: This workshop is for people with some Microsoft Office experience or that have attended our "Step Two" workshops above.
 
UPDATING TO MICROSOFT OUTLOOK/WORD 2007
Have you recently updated to Microsoft Office 2007?  It looks a whole lot different than the old version, eh?  What is this "ribbon" and how do you do what you did in previous versions of Office?  Let us show you!
Prerequisite:  This workshop is for people with experience on a previous version of Microsoft Office.
 
CONTACT MANAGEMENT USING MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
Keeping track of your contacts along with all the phone calls and emails exchanged, for a specific contact, can be a daunting task. We will show you how to organize your information, link everything together and setup automatic follow-ups' to remind you to action.
Prerequisite:  This workshop is for people with experience on basic Outlook functions
