The System
Administration area is actually two areas in one:
A common area that is available to all
employees. This is a great place to put all of your system procedures, cheatsheets,
and how-to documents!
A restricted (password-protected) area
that is used for storing sensitive information about the computer system, information
that should only be used by individuals (like the system administrator) who has a strong
knowledge of advanced system tasks.
We have provided vendor-specific information for the major vendors, including Applied, AMS, ebix
and InStar.
