• Setup a Constant Contact account for your agency
• Take an email list, provided by you, and upload it into the database
• Work with you to create an email template including your agencies colors, logos, contact information and marketing statements
• Be sure there are links so people can forward the email and/or remove themselves from future emails.
  We do not want people on this list that do not want to receive emails.
• We will then integrate your words into the template and schedule the mass emailing

After each email is sent we will:

• Send you statistics from the mailing including number of opens and number of clicks
• Send you a list of non-existent email addresses, that bounced back, so you can update your records.
• Re-upload your updated email address list as often as needed
