| Although SharePoint technology allows you to create form libraries with XML fields that can be submitted to a database, additional software (such as Microsoft InfoPath) must be installed on the server in order for such interactivity features to work. At this time, AgencyCentral SP does not include this functionality, many useful Word and Excel templates that work seamlessly
through a standard document library. For example, you could create a form library of HR forms or non-standard applications. In most cases, these forms will be created in Word or Excel, or stored as PDF files.

Before spending a great deal of time building your own forms from scratch, do a search on the Internet. In many cases, the form is already available for download from another site. Additionally,
virtually hundreds of free Word and Excel templates are available for download from Microsoft's Template Gallery. Simply download them to your computer then upload them to your forms library. |
