 AgencyCentral ASP is an complete information sharing and team collaboration tool.
With ASCP, you can:
- post documents in virtually format;
- collaborate on documents by checking them out;
- receive an alert when a document has changed;
- hold a virtual discussion;
- assign specific tasks;
- take a survey to decide issues;
- see a version history of a document.
You can also share calendars, contacts and tasks lists as well as link them to your local Microsoft Office 2003 files. Information is distributed
among
departments, as indicated by the tabs across the top of the ACSP home page. Clicking on each tab will display the corresponding Departmental
Home Page.
