ATTACHING FILES
WARNING:  If you are concerned about security, you must password-protect the individual document before attaching it, otherwise, everyone will be able to open and view its contents.

Many of the Web parts in AgencyCentral include an option to attach files to the record.  If this option is available, you will find the Attach File button on the toolbar of the Edit Item screen for the specific record.

  1. When you click on the Attach File button, the following window appears:

  2. Click on the Browse button to locate your file.

  3. Click on the file to select it, then click on the Open button.

  4. The file name will be displayed in the Name field, as shown above.

  5. Click on OK and it will be listed on the New Item window:

  6. To attach additional files, repeat Steps 1-5.


    To delete an attached file, click on the Delete link next to the file name.
