Paul Reynolds

Paul learned the Redshaw system at his family's insurance agency, Reynolds, Barnes & Hebb in Massachusetts, where he worked for most of his younger life. From 1983 to 1989, he worked with Delphi/Redshaw, first as a trainer, then in customer support and as the supervisor of the upgrade team. In 1989, Computer Clarity was started, which provided training and computer services to small business, including many Redshaw agents. Paul returned full-time to the agency side in 1996 when he accepted a position with Catalano Insurance Agency as their MIS Director.

After a change in ownership at the agency, Paul returned to the insurance automation consulting world as sole owner of Computer Clarity in Newburyport, Massachusetts. He is extremely proficient in Microsoft products and Internet-related issues and brings a lively enthusiasm to his workshops and presentations.

As chief executive officer and president, Paul manages all of the administrative functions and heads up the Marketing department of Intranet Concepts, Inc.
