Kim Floyde, Director

Kim has spent over fifteen years learning, managing and supporting Delphi/Redshaw agency management systems. After ten years as system administrator for an independent agency in Westborough, Massachusetts, she worked as a technical support associate for Delphi Information Systems and Synergistic Systems, Inc.

In 1999, she left the corporate world to work as an independent consultant and to launch Intranet Concepts. Working from her office in the small mountain town of Montrose in western Colorado, her focus on web design and insurance technology has enabled many agents to realize the benefits of Internet technology in their offices.

On October 1, 2009, Kim stepped away from the day-to-day operations at Intranet Concepts to launch her own website design company.  Aspenglow Services, LLC provides professional website design and maintenance services to independent insurance agencies and other small businesses.
